Late Entries:

Late entries can only be made at:

•    Ritchie Blvd, Geelong between 3-6pm Sunday 1 January or
•    Eastern Gardens, Geelong between 6.30-8am Monday 2 January 2012.  

An additional $10 fee will be applied entries received on Sunday 1 and Monday 2 January 2012.

Registration inclusions:

•    Meet and ride with all your favourite Australian cycling stars! This year riders from every team in the Jayco Bay Classic will lead you out in Amy’s Ride as they warm-up for the Jayco Bay Classic criterium in the afternoon. Rub shoulders with the inaugural GreenEDGE cycling team, Kate Bates, Rochelle Gilmore, Kate Bates and  many more!
•    Be grouped in order of average speed and of entries were received, with each peloton led by Jayco Bay Classic stars
•    Receive your rider kit prior to the ride
•    Have the option to purchase the new 2012 AGF cycling jersey, wind vest and other AGF merchandise
•    Ride the picturesque Bellarine with sweeping Bay and Ocean views
•    Stay after the ride for great entertainment and to watch the professionals race for the first time in 2012 in the Jayco Bay Classic
•    Look out for the Epsom Rd Studios photographers and get your photo taken on the ride. $2 of each photo is donated to the AGF

Terms and Conditions

It is a mandatory condition of participation in this event that you agree to a set of terms and conditions, including but not limited to a limitation of liability.

If you do not wish to agree to the terms and conditions of participation please contact the AGF at events@amygillett.org.au immediately and withdraw your entry from the event.

Rider Kit Postage:

Online entries for the Ride include rider kit postage.
You must register by midnight (AEDST) Tuesday 20 December 2011 for your rider kit to be posted.

Entries received after this date will be required to collect their rider kit from Geelong the day before or the morning of the event.

Rider Kit Collection:

For riders registering after midnight Tuesday 20 December, you will be required to collect your rider kit at;

•    Ritchie Blvd, Geelong between 3pm -6pm Sunday 1 January or
•    Eastern Gardens, Geelong between 6.30am-8am Monday 2 January 2012.
