About the Program
Amy’s Bike Skills is designed to give you the skills you need to ride safely and with confidence
We developed this program with the goal of helping women learn safe cycling skills in a supported and social environment. Courses are delivered by our friends and award-winning female instructors at Wheel Women
We are happy to be able to provide this program for free thanks to the support of a VicRoads Community Road Safety Grant
Amy’s Bike Skills teaches women:
- Skills that will help you stay safe while riding
- Skills to help you navigate your local area
- Basic bike maintenance
The program is not suitable for complete beginners and participants are expected to already have some basic riding skills. Please contact us if you’d like to participate but aren’t sure if this course is right for you
