Yellow Ride for Cycling Safety – Sat 5 May

Make your ride on Saturday May 5, a Yellow Ride for Cycling Safety:

1. Wear something yellow

2. Ride with your lights on

National – Light Up and be Seen – Yellow Ride for Cycling Safety

The Amy Gillett Foundation asks cyclists across Australia to join us in wearing something yellow and riding with their lights on during the day on Saturday 5 May, as part of National Road Safety Week.  Whether riding solo or with your friends, let’s be bright and be seen together.

As Cyclists we are among our most vulnerable road users, and being seen and getting space to share the road is important for our safety.

It’s a two-way street and we can all play our part in improving safety by wearing bright, reflective clothing, and using daytime visible flashing lights.

Be seen, be safe.

Be bright, wear a light.

Join us in this national action as we drive and ride to stay alive.
